Freelance sales opportunity

I have a service that will benefit new home builders and I am looking for someone to do part time sales calls on local home builders to sell this service to them. This will be a freelance kind of arrangement and can fit into openings in your schedule provided that you have any weekdays off or would be ideal for someone retired or partially retired from a sales background or involvement in the new home construction industry. I could also use some assistance with creating sales and marketing materials for his as well. Pay will be negotiable based on your experience and specific circumstances.
