Job Summary:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts, engaging directly with homeowners in designated neighborhoods. This is a door-to-door position where you’ll educate potential customers on storm damage, offer free inspections, and help guide them through the insurance restoration process.
No prior roofing experience is required—we provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule roof inspections
- Build rapport with homeowners and educate them about storm damage and restoration services
- Assist with ladder placement or photo-taking during inspections (training provided)
- Accurately document leads and customer interactions using mobile CRM tools
- Follow up with potential clients and support them through the sales process
- Represent Clear Roofs and Exteriors with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:
- Must be comfortable walking and knocking doors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (assisting with ladders or marketing materials)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-driven environment

Preferred (Not Required):
- Previous customer service, sales, or canvassing experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
