Paint interior, and exterior.
Replace sinks.
Replace toilets.
Pull up carpet.
Lay vinyl plank flooring.
Re-cualk parts of the home that need it.
Replace ceiling fans.
Replace outlet covers.
Pressure spray exterior if needed.
Source Order and replace appliances.
Removes curtain rods.
Refinish doors. Paint doors.
And we’ll haul away all the trash after repairs
