About the Position: The Relocation Coordinator is responsible for managing the complete customer service moving process and experience. This includes handling telephone calls, emails, scheduling dates, preparing estimates, requesting authorization, and setting up third-party services. This role requires direct interaction with customers and accounts, making it essential for candidates to have experience in the moving industry and a commitment to long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
Handle the full customer service move process and experience, communicating through telephone calls, emails, and texts.
Coordinate dates.
Prepare estimates and request authorization for moves.
Set up third-party services as needed.
Maintain direct contact with customers and accounts.
Oversee household goods shipments from initial inquiry to the closing of the deal.
Provide moving quotes to clients and invoice for all moves and shipments.
Qualifications:
Experience in the moving industry.
High school diploma or GED.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
