Changing the World, Inc. is a non-profit organization licensed in the state of Ohio. CTW provide independent living and personal development trainings to assist youth in becoming self-sufficient and productive citizens.
Seeking an On-Site Residential Manager for Semi Independent Living Program.
CTW is looking for candidates who have a clear understanding of adolescent development and hands-on independent living skills training experience. The candidate will reside in their own separate apartment on site. Qualified candidates will interact easily with others, have a pleasant personality, and have excellent follow-through abilities. Additionally, the right candidate will be a positive role model with great morals, integrity and character. We need strong leaders with strong communication skills with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience working with young adults 16-23 years of age. Please send resume to [email protected].
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing and Creating an environment for learning skills of independency by guiding our youth in the development of day to day life skills;
Providing weekly independent living life skill trainings;
Dispensing medication if needed;
Developing positive relationships with clientele;
Building relationships with staff, case workers, families and volunteers;
Model a healthy and responsible lifestyle by providing discipline & structure, organization, and compassion for youth.
Prepare apartments for turnover for new clients;
Maintaining upkeep of the apartment and housing grounds;
Be on-site from the hours of 10pm to 8am.
