What You'll Do
As a CNC Operator, you’ll play a critical role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Precision Cutting: Program CNC machinery to cut Granite, Marble, and Quartz slabs based on blueprints and client specifications.
Client Collaboration: Perform slab layouts with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life.
Hands-On Operation: Safely operate forklifts to transport slabs, unload saw tables, and perform quality checks.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished pieces to meet high-quality standards and resolve any production issues.
Maintenance: Conduct regular CNC machine maintenance and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.
Teamwork: Work alongside team members to optimize production processes and deliver excellent customer service.
Your Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of hand tools and CNC tooling; CAD experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Forklift operation experience.
Previous experience as a CNC Operator in the stone industry preferred.
Bilingual skills and remodeling/construction experience are a bonus!
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift Granite, Quartz, and Marble pieces.
Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
