Qualifications
Adaptability/Flexibility
Previous experience in Warehouse Management and/or in a relative role
Ability to handle a county inspection on a completed solar installation
Minimal of 2 years experience on a Sit-down forklift
Ability to open a main service panel deadfront and set up ladders for the county inspector
Solar experience in Field Operations and/or Roofing/Electrical/Construction is a huge plus
Excellent Leadership skills
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
Strong organizational, prioritization, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
Focused on continuous improvement for the business and personal growth
Basic knowledge of reading a blue print
High energy and self-motivated
Valid Driver License to use inspection vehicle

Responsibilities
Our Warehouse Helper will play a key role in our organization
Responsibilities Assist in keeping track of all inventory control, cycle counts, replenishments, updating database, inbound and outbound functions, and communicating efficiently with Field Operations
This may include but not be limited to, providing forecasts, costs, and improving operational management systems & processes
Assist in creating and maintaining a safe and clean environment within the warehouse
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Field Operations and back-office
Assist in managing warehouse departments, inbound and outbound
Assist in coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
Work closely and assist in overseeing Inventory, Purchasing, Tulare’s Field Operations materials, and building of materials for projects
Assist in achieving results and process measures
Assist in offloading, staging, and stocking materials with a Sit-Down Forklift and shift materials with a pallet jack
Assist in providing ongoing leadership, training, coaching, employee development, corrective action, and performance evaluation as we expand as warehouse staff grows
Pallet Packing
Transporting loads & operating 16-20 ft trailer
Properly strap loads on a flatbed
