Snow Plow driver

Looking for someone who has a flexible schedule or cant work their regular job when its snowing to run one of our snow plow trucks to plow and shovel local businesses. We are west side based company with most of our work on the west side so someone who lives relatively close to the west side would be best. Also need someone with a good driving record that my insurance can insure and possibly able to operate a bobcat and small dump trucks.
