Landscape and Irrigation company located in Milford.
We have been in business since 2006.
We are looking to add a full time employee to start immediately.
We do work year round.
We are looking for an individual to perform our property maintenance services.
This individual would be responsible for maintaining many properties on a weekly basis.
These properties range from small 1/2 acre properties to large 10+ acre estates.
He or She would have a designated truck and enclosed trailer completely equipped with all equipment and tools necessary to provide high quality maintenance services.
These services include but are not limited to:
Mowing and Trimming
Pruning
Weeding
Fertilizing/Treating Lawn and Plants
Annual Planting
Deadheading
Cleaning up Leaves and Storm Debris
Watering
Cleaning Fountains and Water Features
Experience is preferred but not required.
We can spend a few weeks teaching the applicant basic skills and/or informing them of each customers expectations.
Applicant must
1. have a clean valid drivers license
2. be able to work alone
3. be able to communicate in a respectful manner to all of our customers
4. be very detail oriented (these properties are pristine estates with customers that demand perfection)
5. be able to work at a steady pace and manage time wisely
Pay
- $13 - $20 per hour (Depending on experience)
- We always pay higher than industry standard
- Potential to receive benefits after 60 days (Health Insurance, 401K and paid vacation)
- First week is considered a trial period therefore employee will paid at the end of the 5 day trial period. After trial period Employee will paid on weekly basis.
