Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Specialist located in Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Installation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all Global epoxy plus product installations meet the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. The Specialist will work as part of a team of installers and will be responsible for installing commercial and residential flooring systems including Epoxy, Polyurethane, and Polyaspartic coatings.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a flooring installer is preferred, with working knowledge of Epoxy, Polyurethane, and Polyaspartic coatings and their accompanying designs and aesthetics. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings efficiently. Comfortable using typical hand tools, power tools, and job-related machinery. Ability to work extended hours and weekends if necessary, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail, time-management, organizational, and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Flooring installation certification or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
