I am looking to hire a handyman ASAP who has lots of experience repairing and fixing gutters and roofs.
I have an issue with a small leak coming from my living room ceiling. I noticed the leak when it was raining a few days ago of course.
I know where the source of leak is coming from, and just need someone to fix and repair the area. See attached photo of area.
The house will eventually need a new roof and gutter system but want to try to repair it without installing a new roof.
Although may need a new gutter system.
Also, has water stains and dirt on the siding of the house from gutter leak (see photo). If anyone knows the best way to clean off without having to repaint area then that is another possible job as well.
I am going to be selling the house in a few weeks and need to hire someone ASAP.
