Excel Development is hiring for a building groundskeeper. Main duties include:
-· Provide general cleaning to building common areas
· Remove trash from buildings and set out for weekly pick-up
· Maintain clean and safe basement areas
· Ensure common appliances (such as washer and dryer) are functional and safe
· Replace windows in common areas as needed
· Pressure wash outside of buildings as needed
· Perform light remodel services to general areas as assigned by Property Manager
· Provide building access to community members as directed by Property Manager (i.e., utility company, emergency service providers, potential tenants for unit viewing, and Case Managers)
· Purchase supplies needed from supplier determined by Property Manager
· Maintain purchase log and/or receipts of supplies purchased
· Adhere to safety protocol as established by Property Manager
· Communicate with Property Manager and Property Manager Assistant as required
