Everything else listed with (If needed) wouldn't be that often, but does come across our desk from time to time, and we'll need to be able to perform these tasks when they occur .
THIS POSITION CAN LEAD TO FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT AND ADVANCEMENT IN THE COMPANY.
THIS POSITION IS HOURLY PAY FROM $15-$35 DEPENDING ON SKILLS.
Main requirements
Minimum 3 years experience!
All weekly projects will be presented to you through our app. You must be familiar with a smart phone for taking pictures. Access to job assignments. To clock into work and ECT.
For this position you should be able to perform these task’s
Organizing your Home Depot list and picking up your items under 90 minutes.
Capping off plumbing and gas lines if needed
Finnish dry wall if needed
replace sinks: often
replace toilets: often
Replace ceiling fans: often
Installing smoke detectors: often
Any and all light fixtures: often
Replace outlets and covers: often
Source Order and replace appliances
Refinish doors if needed
Instal bypass doors if needed
Build headers if needed
Mirror installation often
Re cualk things that need it in a very clean professional way often
lay vinyl plank flooring if needed
pull up carpet if needed
Paint interior and exterior: often
Painting baseboards often
Pressure spray exterior driveway, walkway, deck and porch if needed.
Removes curtain rods: often
And we’ll haul away all the trash after repair: often
Depending on what the home needs, how many people we have on site.
We’re looking to have 3 to 7 day turnarounds on most homes: often
