Carpenter & Remodeler

In need of 1 person to fill a Carpenter & Remodeler’s Position. Must have at least 5 or more years experience. Needs to be familiar with general remodeling such as framing, finished carpentry, drywall hanging, tiling, painting, etc. Must have own transportation and hand tools. Must be clean-cut, respectful of customer’s property, does not use bad language. Also, a non-smoker of any type. Could be subject to drug test and background check. We do high-end remodeling projects and home building. You would be required to show up on time everyday to work an 8 hour day for 5 days a week Mon - Friday for 40 hours total (no weekends). Paid weekly on Friday at end of day. Would be 1099 at end of year. Must be reliable, dependable, honest and decent.
