Looking for a helper for our small Flooring Installation team. We install Hardwood floors and LVP laminate in homes in the greater Cincinnati area and northern Kentucky.
Need someone available 3-5 days a week, 8:30am-4:30pm.
Some experience with hand tools required. Past experience with floor installation not necessary.
Must have reliable transportation. This job will be meeting at different job sites in the Cincinnati area on a weekly basis.
We are looking for someone who is a hard worker with a good attitude. You will learn a lot about this trade and learn skills that will be very valuable as a contractor. You must be able to roll with the punches, take direction and stay focused through each day.
We try our best to prepare you with your work schedule in advance and we are very flexible. At the end of the day we are a small family business looking for a trustworthy helper to bring on our team. If you work out and we can trust you to work independently, you have the opportunity to continue to make more money as you grow.
$17/hour during your training period then $20/hour once we know you are a good fit for our team. There will always be opportunities for raises and extra work.
