Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites and other work areas. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to operate hand and power tools and perform manual labor.
Duties:
- Rake, lute, shovel, tamp, wheel barrow and compact asphalt.
- Assist with paving and grading operations
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, moving materials, and assisting with project completion.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate skid steers, plate compactors, rollers, or pavers is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols on construction sites
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
