Looking to overlay onto existing staff for maintenance work at multiple properties.

The more motivated you are, the more work there will be for you.
Examples of common tasks you would do, include:
Upkeep of grounds, mowing, trimming, litter (and salting and shoveling in winter).
Upkeep of common hallways, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
Trash outs of units, when prepping for turnovers.
Wall repair.
Painting.
Moving of appliances.
Unclog slow and stopped drains, make minor plumbing repairs.
And so on
We generally supply equipment. Ideally however, you should have a toolbox of basic tools of your own.
You need reliable transportation, be reliable as a person, and work well with others, work professionally around residents.
We are looking for candidates without drug issues, who can report to work without a cloud of personal drama.
