BOH (back of house) - Starting Pay for Line Cooks & Prep Persons - 15/hr plus pooled tips
- prepare the daily menu items which includes salads, meats, desserts, and pupus.
- work all stations including fryer, salad and grill
- willing to help clean/wash dishes during downtime, we are a team and work together
- ability to carry 50 lb
- Immediate need of a full time dishwasher (Starting $14 plus tip pool)
- Immediate need of a line cook, must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (Starting $14 plus tips)
FOH (front of house)- lunch/dinner shifts - 14/hr plus pooled tips
- running food/drinks
- clearing/resetting tables
- greeting/seating guests
- managing wait list
- general FOH cleaning
- ability to carry 50 lb
