Sitwell’s on Ludlow Avenue in Clifton’s Gas Light District is looking for a line cook to join our close-knit team.

Expected needs: 15-30 hours/week our up to full-time (we can be flexible with your schedule)
Basic Requirements are:
- Kitchen experience and knife skills - this is not an entry-level position. Pay will be based on experience and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to follow prep and plating instructions accurately and consistently
- Ability to multi-task (preparing tickets as they come in, and working prep as time allows)
- Acute attention to detail, time management, great pride in one's work
- Ability to work in a high-paced, high-responsibility position
- Friendly, team player – we’re a close-knit bunch, and our kitchen is open, so guest interaction is a must!
- Willingness to handle all BOH opening and closing responsibilities, as required by the scheduled shift.
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to lift 40 – 50 pounds
