Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily food preparation, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
Train, coach, and support kitchen staff to meet high standards.
Manage inventory, place orders, and reduce waste.
Collaborate with ownership on seasonal menu ideas and specials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with health codes.

Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or GED equivalent
1+ years of kitchen leadership or culinary management experience (bagel or bakery experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
