Opportunity knocks! I have a small unused kitchen with serving bar in my popular Flying Pig Irish Pub. I’m looking for an ambitious cook or chef to start, manage and operate it.

Go to the Flying Pig Irish Pub at 3265 Brotherton Road. Walk into the back game room and you will see the vacant kitchen.
Additional remodeling and improvements can be arranged. I have lots of additional equipment and supplies in storage.
I am FULLY licensed.
Presently, we only do drinks. Open 5pm to 2am. Very busy Friday and Saturday nights with local young professionals.
Neighborhood is Oakley and Hyde Park.
