CBTS has an urgent need for an Application Developer. This is an immediate need for a contractor. Applicants must be able to start within a week.General Duties:Under general direction, participate in an agile team responsible for delivering solutions including acquisition, implementation, and integration of locally hosted and SaaS third-party software, development of custom solutions, and supporting applications. Work effectively with the team and be accountable to the team.Work as part of a team with an emphasis on agile methodologies and be accountable to that team on all aspects of a solution.Gather, document, and analyze requirements and develop application specifications using agile techniques.Under general direction assists in third party software implementations and integrationsCreate and execute unit testing plans including the automation of testsProvide support and problem resolution of computer applications.Provide and maintain documentation on computer applications.Preferred Technical Skills: Experience with User Interface design, including responsive design, CSS, and/or accessibility (ADA) compliance Knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework, or related languages/frameworks Exposure to application development in a Linux, Windows, or SaaS environment Exposure to Agile methodologies including Scrum and/or Kanban Knowledge of application integration, including web services and APIs
