Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in the manufacturing industry, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role primarily involves performing various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and assisting with phones, among other tasks. Responsibilities: Assisting with front desk coordination and ensuring smooth daily operations Carrying out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Ensuring all filing is up-to-date and easily accessible Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel Assisting with special projects as required by the team Employing various software tools including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word for daily tasks Performing other clerical duties and office functions as necessary Handling correspondence professionally and promptly Providing exceptional customer service and managing receptionist duties Facilitating virtual meetings via platforms such as Zoom. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word. Experience with various office functions and clerical duties. Ability to manage correspondence effectively and efficiently. Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with receptionist duties, including managing incoming calls and visitor reception. Knowledge and experience in using Zoom for virtual meetings and webinars. Experience in a manufacturing industry setting is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
