- Preferable experience in WK and Auto ( Truckers) LOB
- Develop and Unit test the code changes.
- Lead the development team and coordinate the offshore counterpart for effective deliverables.
- Review code changes of team members and peers.
- Estimate the tickets/work packets and work with client manager to plan the delivery schedule.
- Clearly communicate, work with offshore teams and client as required to deliver effectively.
- Work with other internal IT teams (including client and offshore) to complete project activities.
