Description We are seeking a meticulous Human Resources (HR) Manager to enhance a team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role will involve managing HR operations, including payroll administration, HR policy formulation, employee relations, talent management, and compliance. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between staff and management, promoting a positive workplace environment. Address conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR-related issues. Supervise payroll processes, ensuring precision, timeliness, and adherence to regulations. Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure swift resolution. Formulate and implement HR policies that align with organizational objectives and comply with labor laws. Maintain and manage employee records in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Assist in the execution of development programs, including upskilling and reskilling initiatives. Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes in line with organizational requirements. Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations.
