Description We are on the search for a diligent and experienced HR Administrative Assistant. This role is crucial within our healthcare provider organization, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where you will support full cycle recruiting efforts and onboarding. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing a dynamic and engaging workplace environment.Responsibilities: Assisting in full cycle recruiting, from sourcing potential candidates to scheduling and conducting initial screenings. Pulling candidate/applicant information from one system and entering it into another, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Confirming candidate information, including qualifications, experience, and contact details. Setting up interviews for potential candidates, managing both the recruiters' and candidates' schedules. Conducting initial screenings in person, providing a welcoming and professional first impression of the company. Completing onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry to better align recruitment processes and candidate selection. Utilizing strong administrative assistance skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Liaising with the Human Resources department to ensure all HR administration is handled efficiently and effectively. Utilizing scheduling and calendar management skills to ensure all appointments and interviews are organized and conducted timely. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar position Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Knowledge of the HealthCare Industry and its specific administrative requirements Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks such as employee record management, benefits administration, and policy enforcement Ability to Conduct Interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide feedback Strong skills in Scheduling Appointments and Calendar Management, with the ability to coordinate multiple schedules and resolve conflicts Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in related fields are a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
