The Global Product Manager (GPM) is responsible for developing and implementing product line marketing strategies to support sales and profitability for Mammotome. The GPM works on handling products from launch to end-of-life, including product performance and differentiation strategies. This person will partner with cross-functional teams to create a comprehensive and integrated product and procedure strategy.This position is part of the Global Product Management Team located in Cincinnati Ohio and will be an onsite position. Collaborate with global partners on marketing strategies and support the commercial team with product training, evidence, and sales tools and collaterals.
Manage product lifecycles, ensuring commercial success of new products, end-of-life management for older products, and executing toll gates with informed stakeholder inputs.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative VOCs to identify needs, generate insights for portfolio decisions, and create business cases for new product launches focusing on revenue potential and margin.
Work with various team members (Marketing, Sales, Service, R&D, Operations, etc.) to support revenue, profitability, and procedure adoption, and partner with Supply Chain & Operations for production and inventory planning.
Provide comprehensive product information, develop a strong understanding of the portfolio and competitive landscape, generate market insights, and support KPI identification and reporting to leadership.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management (or similar customer-facing role with technical product).
Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
15% travel with a mix of domestic and international locations.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000.
