Job Title: Unemployment Insurance Java Technical Lead-188711 (Past State Project Exp )Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Description :Technical Lead (TL) required having experience in any Government or Unemployment Insurance/social domain in Benefits, Tax and Appeals. TL should have 7+ years of experience in the Java / JEE Application, Struts, Hibernate, and 5+ years of experience in JBOSS Drools Business rule engine / workflow. TL should have extensive experience IBM Jazz platform RTC, RRC, RQM. TL should have solid understanding of Design Patterns and hands on experience in development of reporting tools. TL should have technical team management experience, and excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Responsibilities:Responsible for developing applications as per design and requirement specsLead development team for multiple initiativesAssess impact of any UI business rule changes or law changes, and lead implementation of those changesWork with the BA and QA teams throughout the development life cycleAbility to take initiative and ownership on tasksGood written and oral communicationExplain complex design items through documents and white-board sessionsKnowledge on Performance tuning for application is requiredWork with different teams – Business, Testing, and Customer SMEsImplement solutions with complete considerations on performance, supportability to achieve end user business resultsIntroduce initiatives around analytics, chat bots and automation Qualifications:BS, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Management or MBA Degree 1) Years of experience required for position10+ years (IT and Unemployment Insurance) 2) Will any of these positions have any employees reporting into them?None to start with.
