PDS Tech is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Chemical Production Associate to join our team in the Cincinnati area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our shell and electrode plating operations.Workdays: Monday-FridayPay Rate: $19.00-21.00 an hour.Key Responsibilities:Follow simple written procedures for shell and electrode plating.Perform pre-plate and post-plate clean-up under close supervision.Handle material, including incoming bulk chemicals in 55-gallon drums or similar containers.Make tank additions according to written instructions.Maintain tanks and process solutions as directed by the department supervisor.Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area through general housekeeping.Adhere to a flexible job schedule to meet company and departmental needs.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent.Basic math, reading, and writing skills.Ability to lift up to 15lbs repetitively.Good eye/hand coordination.Basic computer skills.Familiarity with the use of basic inspection equipment.Knowledge of chemical handling safety protocols.If your skills are a match then you are who we are looking for.
