Our highly qualified and experienced team with outstanding market knowledge as well as our innovation platform and application know-how ensure our technological competence to provide excellent solutions to our customers.In this role you will assume regional responsibility and governance for OTC and P2P processes within G-EVO, while driving and leading Supply Chain Optimization projects such as NPL (New Planning Landscape) and NGBA implementation. You will play an instrumental role in implementing harmonized processes templated in the area of OTC and Planning and manage effective application and continuous improvement of global systems, reports and tools to efficiently manage the Supply Chain processes.As a Business Expert - Planning and OTC, you create chemistry by
Leading and implementing SC projects to align Supply Chain with BU Strategy.
Coaching and providing ad-hoc support for the Customer Service team, Regional Planners, Country Planners, and Production Planners on standard planning processes and SAP transactions. Develop technical capabilities and competencies of the team.
Continuously define standards and best practices for definition, implementation, and maintenance of P2P and OTC KPIs/PPIs in the supporting systems.
Collect and summarize process requirements concerning OTC and P2P for New Planning Landscape and NGBA implementation across G-EVO for North America.
Represent G-EVO in Global BEX meetings for alignment of processes and system upgrades, as well as support of Regression and User Acceptance testing.
Acting as a change-driver for implementation of new processes, including providing end-user training.
If you
A degree in Supply Chain or a related field (Business Logistics, Business Management, Operations, etc.) is required.
Minimum 5 years in solid end to end planning and complex logistics operation.
Strong SAP/APO and MS office knowledge.
Understanding on Sales and Operation Planning and Demand Process.
