Description Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.The Billing Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing and revenue recognition. This role involves analyzing billing data, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments to support financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Billing Operations:

Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to customers.

Review contracts and agreements to ensure proper billing terms and conditions.

Maintain and update customer billing information in the billing system.

Data Analysis:

Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Prepare reports and summaries for management review.

Dispute Resolution:

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes promptly.

Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing processes.

Implement best practices and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure billing practices comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the finance, sales, and customer service teams to support billing operations.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits as needed.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related role.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in billing software and financial systems

Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
