Description We are searching for a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As an Accountant, you will be primarily responsible for handling cash transactions and credit card reconciliations, utilizing accounting software systems, and processing high-volume expenses.Responsibilities: Manage all cash-related transactions and operations. Regularly reconcile credit card receipts and cash activity. Handle high-volume daily transactions, ensuring accurate entries. Utilize Concur and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for high volume expense processing. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable. Perform auditing tasks as needed. Manage balance sheet account, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Use Concur Expense for efficient expense management. Ensure repetitive processes are carried out with high attention to detail.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required Must have experience with Concur Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential Ability to manage various Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial Proficiency in Auditing is necessary Knowledge of Balance Sheet Account management is needed Experience with Concur Expense is a plus Ability to handle Cash Activity efficiently Experience in Credit Card Reconciliation is required Familiarity with managing Credit Card Receipts is important Experience with Cash Reconciliations is essential Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
