Arts/Design/Restoration Trades
This is a hybrid position that is primarily a generalized skilled trades position in the restoration arts & trades. You will utilize your basic knowledge of the arts, architecture, design, & construction management on a daily basis.
Please have basic knowledge & proficiency in the use of various hand & power tools, be able to work in an up tempo environment, take directives, and work independently. Attention to detail, promptness & high quality work are expected. You will receive on site training as you are expanding your knowledge base and skill set. You will be involved in the skilled restoration trades as well as the various aspects of design, site set up & breakdown, site leadership & management, & professional client communication & interaction.
Many of the structures are well built personal residences with a select clientele base, and some structures are on the National Historic Register Of Places. Being professional in appearance and attitude is a minimum standard. You will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.
This is a generalized skill set position with a small award winning owner operated business in the Arts Design &Trades fields.
This is a part time independent contract position with increased hours and rapidly increased pay based upon performance. Greater responsibility, scope of work, hours and higher pay scale are available to a self motivated individual.
