What we are looking for -
The Associate will be primarily responsible for processing client debits and billing maintenance/setup in both the portfolio accounting system and at the custodians. This person will conduct confirmation of previous day transactions at custodian, maintain CRM account linking, produce quarterly bills for clients, reconcile manual accounts and supporting the Investment Operations department with various projects and tasks. The position requires a polished professional who is equally comfortable and adept at working within strict deadlines and with multiple transaction types. Must be able to communicate effectively with outside custodian contacts and in house personnel to solve complex problems in a timely manner.
You will -
Work daily with various custodians to process client management fees
Work with multiple points of contact to confirm financial transactions in client accounts.
Maintain CRM client account linking properly
Work with small number of clients portfolios to become proficient with manual reconciliation and performance reporting.
Assist finance department with questions in regard to client management fees
Provide audit documentation for outside firm best practice audits
Other duties as needed and assigned.
We want -
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field.
Previous experience working in financial services and/or an investment management firm is highly desired.

Someone with a high level of proficiency in Word and Excel. Knowledge of Portfolio Center, Salesforce, Advisor View and other applications helpful.
