Job Summary:
The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing the record keeping, financial,
and operational activities of the cemetery. This position ensures smooth office
operations, accurate record-keeping, effective communication with families and
vendors, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate is
organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both office and
field-related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update permanentrecords accurately and securely
- Accounting system proficient
-Fluent in Microsoft excel and word
- Accounts receivable and payable record keeping
- Maintenance of payroll hours and employee records
- Ability to organize and manage sales financial records
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, maps, cards, deeds, and
certificates
- Coordinate with maintenance team members regarding work requests
- Abilityto order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Prepare letters for and manage delinquent accounts
