Answer incoming calls and greet clients
Schedule client meeting and meeting prep
Assist clients with any requests
Set up new clients and maintain client data in CRM system
Process new investment account applications
Assist with beneficiary changes
Establish and monitor financial planning fees
Requirements
Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Proven knowledge of client communications
Deep understanding of building strong relationships
Superior customer service experience required
Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
Experience with Microsoft Office required
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
2-3 years' experience with a financial services firm
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Customer service and office administrative skills
