Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob DescriptionResponsible for supervising activities related to the planning of logistical processes for outbound, such as calculating adequate inventory levels. Prepare forecasts according to customer demand so that the company can analyze its capacity, machines, people, and stock. Negotiate shipments with customers, according to systems (EDI, Site, and Kanban). Manage all customer metrics, delivery performance, ASN, collection schedule, and delivery tracking to the customer. Support weekend coverage for assembly plants. Follow and maintain an environmental health and safe work environment conditions by complying with all Integrated Management Systems procedures, standards, and regulations.Hard Skills
ERP or MRP system experience (SAP used in this role, can provide training)
Experience in a Manufacturing setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excel experience
Experience managing manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency requirements as related to scheduling activities
Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving functions including international freight
Soft Skills
Strong communication and organization skills
Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
Ability to understand customer demand and alter production to meet demand
Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts from balancing multiple priorities
