CCMH is a teaching hospital and residents/medical students do rotate through the practices
Works in an outpatient setting to provide outstanding preventative, acute and chronic disease care for adults in a patient focused environment
Team based care with growing advanced practice partnerships, RN Care Coordinators
Telemedicine is offered to our patients
