Description We are offering an employment opportunity for a Data Analyst in Canton, Ohio. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems and generating valuable project metrics. Your role will involve ensuring data relevance and accuracy, developing systems to automate and reduce data entry errors, and producing comprehensive reports for our management team.Responsibilities: Maintain and update shared metric tracking systems accurately per project basis Ensure the correctness and timeliness of data Analyze data on a quarterly basis to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement Generate detailed reports in chart format to present to the management team for program promotion and marketing, detail-oriented development, and program improvement purposes Develop and annually update systems that will automate and reduce data entry errors Utilize Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) to facilitate efficient data analysis and reporting Create Business Requirement Documents to outline the necessary system capabilities per project Actively participate in annual financial reporting and business reporting activities.Requirements Proven expertise in the field of Analytics Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence (BI) Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Experience with Board reporting and Annual Financial Reporting Skilled in Business reporting and strategic planning Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization Knowledge of Power BI for business intelligence Ability to interpret and implement business requirements into data analytics Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights and findings Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently when required Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
