As a Sr. Field Technician here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and productive operation of our customers' building systems. You will be accountable for performing advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of building automation systems. Your expertise and technical skills will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and facilitating to our customers. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Brook Park, OH location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the performance and functionality of building systems, ensuring optimal comfort, energy efficiency, and operational reliability for our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on building automation systems
Conduct system inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions
Work with customers and internal teams to address technical concerns and provide timely resolutions
Provide training and guidance to junior technicians
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in building automation systems

Minimum of 4 years of experience in field service or building automation systems
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in troubleshooting and repairing building automation systems
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to work self-reliantly and make sound choices
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Relevant certifications in building automation systems
Experience with Honeywell building automation products
Strong communication and people-oriented skills
