We offer fully insured and self-funded group coverage, including stop loss, as well as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and individual plans.ResponsibilitiesSenior Continuous Improvement AnalystSupports process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the company. Contributes to the effort to foster a culture of sustainable change through embedding continuous improvement methodologies and the supporting framework to deliver business transformation.· Leads continuous improvement projects, which enable the attainment of key strategic objectives to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase productivity.· Supports the development of organizational process metrics and continuous improvement strategy and methodology.· Works closely with business managers to develop and implement process metrics.· Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and builds stakeholder network to accomplish their implementation.· Advises colleagues and team leaders in usage of Continuous Improvement framework and tools.· Supports the delivery of accredited continuous improvement training to a wide range of colleagues.· Completes post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects.· Participates in special projects as requested by management.· Research new trends and techniques in the continuous improvement profession, in part by actively participating in professional organizations and reading trade publications.· Performs other duties as assigned.Lead Continuous Improvement AnalystSupports process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
