- Write, source, edit and publish compelling internal and external communication materials
- Work comfortably within a team-based, deadline-driven environment while managing several tasks simultaneously. Working with a team across geographies and time-zones is also a consideration.
- Oversee company's daily media digest, serving as main point of contact with external vendor
- Manage communications for various Shared Services client groups - including, but not limited to DE&I, Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Center, HR, Risk, Law Group, Technology & Operations, Risk Review and Finance
- Develop strategies to increase viewership and engagement of content
- Develop executive leader communications including emails, talking points, town hall scripts, event scripts, media briefs, audio/video messages, etc.
- 3-5 years' experience in a corporate, consulting or public sector communications environment, with demonstrated experience in assisting with communications that drive business results - experience can include internships
- A keen news sense, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- College education in communication, public relations, journalism or related field
- Superior process management and organizational skills and ability to deliver high quality work under pressure
- Exceptional writing skills and a strong ability to self-start and multitask
- Ability to influence without direct management supervision
- Demonstrated experience in exercising judgment in dealing with sensitive situations
- Proven track record of communicating at a large, publicly-traded company is a definite asset - as is media relations experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is an asset
