FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR: Modis, the leader in the IT staffing industry, is working with a client on identifying a Field Service Supervisor direct hire, permanent position located here in NE Ohio.

NO THIRD PARTY CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED

Responsibilities: In this position you will supervise a team of Field Service Technicians around NE Ohio. Experience working in the Steel industry with heavy equipment, steel processing, blast furnaces is ideal for this role.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree preferred, work experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable

Ability to prepare and read blueprints

AutoCad would be a nice to have

Understanding of OSHA guidelines

Experience working within the Steel Mill Manufacturing industry is ideal

Experience supervising teams of field service representatives

Problem and conflict resolution experience

Project Engineering experience

Experience in heavy construction is ideal
