Description We are in search of an Sr. Accountant in BLUE ASH, Ohio. This role is centered around financial reporting and reconciliations, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable. You will play a vital part in our operation, keeping our financial records accurate and up-to-date, while also managing expenses and handling wire transfers.Responsibilities: Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain efficient expense management processes Prepare and present financial reports as required Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and financial data Execute wire transfers as per company procedures Prepare journal entries in accordance with GAAP Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy Handle all aspects of the full month end cycle close Play a significant role in financial planning and analysis Utilize Microsoft Excel to streamline processes and improve efficiency.ARequirements Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Familiarity with General Ledger accounting and reconciliation. Experience in Account Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliations. Understanding of other Reconciliations processes relevant to the finance industry. Knowledge of Accounting Principles and their application in real-world scenarios. Experience in Financial Reporting and the ability to create comprehensive financial reports. Proficiency in Wire Transfer operations and regulations. Ability to work in a team and lead projects when required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
