Accounting Clerk

Description We have a contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in BEREA, Ohio. As an Accounting Clerk, your primary role will be managing and processing financial documents, maintaining accurate records, and handling financial inquiries. This role is essential in the financial industry, where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications. Maintain precise records of customer credit. Handle incoming ACH payments, wire payments, and checks. Responsible for creating and maintaining aging reports/collections. Manage payables, including matching receivers, checks, and expense reports. Ensure accurate account reconciliation and invoice processing. Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and organize financial data. Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed.Requirements Possesses at least 1 year of experience in an accounting role Proficient in account reconciliation processes Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Skilled in billing procedures and practices Capable of performing accurate and efficient data entry tasks Experienced in invoice processing Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and data managementRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
