- Configures, installs, monitors and maintains IT users' desktop software and hardware
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Perform user administration duties
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of:
- Microsoft suite of products (O365, Windows OS, etc.)
- Remote Desktop support
- Patch management
- Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
- Networking product support
- Handheld smartphones and tablets
- Certifications such as: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), ITIL Foundations highly desired
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field), Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering or related experience
- Two to five years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required.
