Description:The Mold Technician will have the following responsibilities:
Check with previous shift to verify production schedule and current process parameters.
Check production schedule for mold and/or material changes
Responsible for checking and correcting current process parameters to master monitor, and record.
Responsible for timely completion of mold changes.
Verify and maintain job cycle times.
Verification and control of scrap and downtime.
Follow up on tooling and maintenance work orders
Skills:MUST HAVES:
2+ year of previous injection mold experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with hand/power tools
This position is 3rd shift from 10:30pm-7:00am, Monday through Friday with OT and weekends as necessary.Will train on day shift for a minimum of 4 weeks.
