Senior Web Application Developer-ASP.NET or similar

This is a permanent position located in Cleveland, OhioAll employees must be willing to be on-site at the company's Cleveland area office multiple days per business week.Thursday is the only mandatory day in the office; other on-site days are decided with the employee and management/leadership team and HR. NO VISA Sponsorships are available for this position Position Description/DetailsThe Senior Application Developer position will focus on developing web and desktop applications in a low-code platform. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of C# .NET, website development using ASP.NET, or other related web technologies. This role will be responsible for designing and programming internal applications in the areas of business process automation and customer service efficiency. This role will involve mentoring teammates, serving as a resource for process improvement, and providing technical guidance. The developer will collaborate with business analysts and technical resources to maintain, update, and support current custom internal applications to ensure performance and minimal downtimeRequirements8+ years’ experience working in an Information Technology environment5+ years’ experience working with C# .NET; web-site development experience using ASP.NET or other web technologiesExperience working in an agile development environmentExperience with Azure DevOps or similar softwareGood working knowledge of SQL Server or a similar database platformBA or BS in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience in Information TechnologyExperience working with ‘low-code’ development platforms is strongly preferredAttention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality code and accurate communicationsExcellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, utilize time and resources effectivelyExceptional customer focus and dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customersExcellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
