Sales Representive - Janitorial Services

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Bedford Ohio.  In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial cleaning industry.Territory:  Primarily Northeast Ohio, with opportunities in Columbus and Cincinnati. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our client base.Conduct sales presentations to showcase our janitorial services and solutions.Bidding/estimating/workloading. Develope and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develpe effective sales strategies. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
