Your role will be critical in providing technical support and guidance to customers. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference!SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Support client networks, including hardware, software, e-mail, print and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.

Research on network products, services, protocols, and standards.

Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area. A minimum of three years’ experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Four to seven years of recent experience with setup and/or administration of Windows 7/8/10, MS Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server, Office suite, and Active Directory.

Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience with emphasis on related issues including desktops, applications, network services, email/web services, and the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

Ability to conduct research into issues and products as required.

Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail and strong written/oral communication skills.

Local travel may be required.

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with MS Windows 2008/2012 Server, infrastructure services, Office 365, Exchange, SQL or SharePoint.

Antivirus management and backup experience.

Firewalls, VPN routing, and filtering appliance knowledge is desired.

Help desk support, remote management and troubleshooting skills.

Certification preferred CompTIA A+, Security+, and/or Microsoft MCP.

This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position.
